Minutes of the ALD Executive Board

BHC Faculty Lounge
The Meeting was held with Rachel, Nick, Anne, Jon, Monica, Katie B., Heidi, Blair, and Megan.
1.Next year at Harvest Fest get there towards 10:30, because everyone was there so early!
2.Everyone: DO NOT send out emails because we are waiting on a personal email address for ALD.
3.Also everyone involved in Alpha Lambda Delta must come to at least two events every semester, or the people must start paying ten dollars in order to get there cords for graduation.
4.Molly has yet to hear back from the lady about the dog walk parade. In order to do this we must attend one of the training sessions. So thinking of a new place to volunteer. (Humane Society, Jingle Bell Run)
5.Another thing that we had talked about is joining up with another group to have bigger projects.
6.Jon- Must have posters up by Thursday October 27! For November 3rd and December 1st.
7.This Sunday October 30th at noon until four is the Halloween party!
8.When sending out emails now we should put a contact number down at the bottom so the people attending events have a way go getting a hold of us.
9.Monica has updated the website, but still working on applying a better format.
10.We also have been talking about attending a hockey game with the e-board.

-GA meeting next Thursday November 3rd at 7 PM in the BHC room 213
-Halloween Party this Sunday October 30th at noon!
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 PM Monday, October 24th, 2011. The next meeting will be held Monday November 7th at 9PM.
